If you are in pain or pregnant and nearing your due date and cannot find an opening that works for you, please add yourself to our waitlist and email hello@queencitypelvichealth.com so we can try to accommodate your needs!

We are a cash-based private practice and are not in-network with any insurances, but we do accept HSA/FSA accounts and all major credit cards. Payment is rendered at the end of service. We are considered an out-of-network provider and can provide Superbills upon request; clients are responsible for submitting Superbills on their own. We cannot guarantee any reimbursement from your insurance provider.

At this time, due to telehealth licensure issues, Telehealth Nutrition Counseling may not be available for residents of all states. Please email RootedNutritionOhio@gmail.com for more information and to book a Nutrition Counseling evaluation.
