Please note, our Fort Thomas, Kentucky location has been closed as of December 31, 2025 in order to combine our team and efforts to our larger Anderson Township location-please book with Dr. Karly Maines in Anderson Township!

We are a cash-based private practice and are not in-network with any insurances, but we do accept HSA/FSA accounts and all major credit cards. Payment is rendered at the end of service. We are considered an out-of-network provider and can provide Superbills upon request; clients are responsible for submitting Superbills on their own. We cannot guarantee any reimbursement from your insurance provider.

If you are in pain or pregnant and nearing your due date and cannot find an opening that works for you, please add yourself to our waitlist and email hello@queencitypelvichealth.com so we can try to accommodate your needs!
