We are a cash-based private practice and are not in-network with any insurances, but we do accept HSA/FSA accounts and all major credit cards. Payment is rendered at the end of service. We are considered an out-of-network provider and can provide Superbills upon request; clients are responsible for submitting Superbills on their own. We cannot guarantee any reimbursement from your insurance provider.

We are welcoming Jordan Swoboda, MS, OTR/L to our Anderson Township location! As a welcome gift to Jordan’s clients, we are offering 20% off listed prices for all sessions with Jordan through the end of July 2025. We will open more dates for Jordan as her schedule fills.

Pelvic Floor Therapy is available in Anderson Township and Fort Thomas and general Physical Therapy is only available in Fort Thomas. You will stay with your original therapist through the duration of your treatments, unless otherwise discussed.

Therapy focused on solutions for pelvic pain, bladder and bowel disorders, sexual dysfunction, and pregnancy and post-partum conditions.


Physical Therapy

Physical therapy for sports injuries or other musculoskeletal conditions. Treatments may include manual techniques, cupping, dry needling, stretching, strengthening, among others.

Karly is a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor therapy and pelvic health issues for all genders including bladder, bowel, and sexual dysfunction as well as issues surrounding pregnancy/postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. She has over a decade of experience as a physical therapist and has specialized in pelvic health since 2019, working to empower her clients to optimize their neuro-muscular skeletal health. She discovered in her thirst for knowledge, the pelvis holds our center of gravity and therefore in its balanced nature has great power to support a multitude of functions required to live out a quality life. Karly is passionate about educating and enlightening her clients to understand the tools and skills to restore this balance. Karly has an orthopedic specialty certification and is trained in dry needling.
