Please note, our Fort Thomas, Kentucky location has been closed as of December 31, 2025 in order to combine our team and efforts to our larger Anderson Township location-please book with Dr. Karly Maines in Anderson Township!
We are a cash-based private practice and are not in-network with any insurances, but we do accept HSA/FSA accounts and all major credit cards. Payment is rendered at the end of service. We are considered an out-of-network provider and can provide Superbills upon request; clients are responsible for submitting Superbills on their own. We cannot guarantee any reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Karly is a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor therapy and pelvic health issues for all genders including bladder, bowel, and sexual dysfunction as well as issues surrounding pregnancy/postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. She has over a decade of experience as a physical therapist and has specialized in pelvic health since 2019, working to empower her clients to optimize their neuro-muscular skeletal health. She discovered in her thirst for knowledge, the pelvis holds our center of gravity and therefore in its balanced nature has great power to support a multitude of functions required to live out a quality life. Karly is passionate about educating and enlightening her clients to understand the tools and skills to restore this balance. A Kentucky native from Louisville, Jordan has been a practicing Occupational Therapist since earning her Master’s degree from Spalding University in 2016. She brings valuable experience from her work in inpatient rehabilitation, where she focused on a variety of physical and neurological conditions. Jordan is also a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist. Jordan’s passion for pelvic health was sparked by her own experiences after the births of her two children in 2018 and 2021. This personal journey highlighted the importance of a comprehensive and holistic approach to well-being. Since then, Jordan has been actively expanding her knowledge in pelvic health through specialized training courses, and is eager to share her passion and knowledge with her clients!
